    These people will fail you if your electrical system causes your check engine light to come on, because they don't have the common sense to realize that it has nothing to do with pollution. I swear that the guy with black rotten teeth is on HARDCORE DRVGS!

    I dont normally have issues here but man the two technicians i got to deal with today dont belong here. Some of the most incompetent, lazy and ineffective people ive ever had the displeasure to deal with. MVA needs to end their contracts with Envirotest. REFUSED to plug a obd reader into a obd port that was not affixed properly. Claimed it was because people blame them for breaking their vehicles. No waiver to sign. No help. Talked to station manager and the DM, Laura. Youre so afraid of doing your jobs youve made yourselves into a terrible service that were forced to deal with.
