Bob Miller is amazing! He took the time to walk my wife and I through each home we were interested in buying. Bob identified risks and opportunities while walking through each home as well as pricing interests and future home projects. When we finally decided on a home, Bob managed the home sale, the sellers questions, the home evaluation contact and final date of sale each step of the way. He is, in short, amazing. Rob is an amazing person to work with. We started our home buying journey in 2020, over the years our friendship grew stronger and he is more like a family now. Rob came recommended to us by a friend who had great success in buying a home in our area. From the start Rob was attentive, very responsive (no matter the question we always got a very timely response!), and invested in us finding the home we really wanted. He is truly a buyers agent who put his clients interest above all. As a first time home buyer the process seemed like it was going to be very overwhelming. I was worried we would not know what to look for while walking houses. Rob eased those concerns by taking us step by step through the process and teaching us what to look for in a home. I learned something new each time we walked through a space and that made all the difference in making home decisions. The best quality of Rob was his honesty. Its really hard to find in people now a days. When we were looking for opinions he would be to the point with our best interests in mind. In a very fast and competitive market Rob ensured we did not settle on a home, but really went for great homes we would be happy in. Hiring Rob will be your best decision in the home buying process. He made finding and purchasing our first home feel so easy and stress-free for us, even in this crazy housing market. We can't recommend him enough for first-time homebuyers. He really is a gem. Some things we loved about working with him: - Flexibility - we'd email him about a showing, and he'd have everything set up for a visit by the next morning or sooner. Whatever timing windows worked for us for showings, he made work on his end, too (including early mornings far from his home/office!) - Responsiveness - Rob was so responsive, checking in proactively and frequently at every stage of the buying process. We texted throughout, which made communication quick, easy, and low-stress. We put in three offers total before making our puchase, and on days we put offers in, he worked with us until late in the evening and called us first thing to let us know the outcome. Whatever we asked him to find out or take care of, he was on top of it immediately. - Expertise - he knows his stuff! Rob was great at guiding us to success in this crazy market. In addition to teaching us a ton along the way as first-time buyers, he recommended good strategies to make competitive and successful offers. He also helped us focus in on properties that were coming soon or not on Zillow/Redfin yet, and getting in quickly made a big difference. -Home Improvement Know-How - while it's not part of his job description, Rob is quite knowledgable about home improvement. When we asked, he gave us good advice on what would and wouldn't be possible in the homes we toured. Everything he said to us during our showing at the home we later purchased, our independent home inspector later confirmed. He was focused on helping us find the *right* home, and guided us away from several bad investments. - Informality - while purchasing a home is necessarily a formal and process-oriented transaction, Rob made every step feel fun and relaxed. He was our pillar of calm, never once making us feel stressed or pressured or out of place. He felt like a friend who had our back the whole way. As happy as we are to be moving into our new home in a few weeks, we'll miss working with him. Again, can't recommend him enough!

I am quite certain we would still be in an apartment if we had a different buyer's agent. Finding a home in this market was insane, but Rob expertly guided us through the process and talked us through our frustration. As first-time home buyers, we only had information from friends, family, and Google, which can only get you so far. Rob was great about getting us in to see homes as soon as they were available and steering us away from potential hidden problems. He was willing to stick with us for as long as it took to find the right home. I would recommend Rob to anyone looking to buy a home, but especially first-time buyers.
