Dishonest business. Had a leaking water heater under warranty. The water heater manufacturer advised it was 100% under warranty and pointed me to this company . This company said due to low supply due to the pandemic, since it was a warranty replacement they would have to upcharge me $200 even though the manufacturer was covering the unit 100% and they had units available. If I would buy one from them non-warranty they would not upcharge me. Sounds like price gouging during a crisis to me. I instead contacted a plumbing company who uses them as a supplier and they refused to sell to them saying the original contractor that installed the unit never paid them and then went out of business. They would again sell me a new unit for $2000 if I wanted. How is their business with a contractor that my builder dealt with have any issue with me for a warranty replacement. If they were owed money from the contractor they needed to go to court or used a collection agency like all businesses have to do when not paid. Don't try to get the money from a consumer when they have a warranty claim and need a water heater that only lasted 3 years and is flooding their basement.

I have been to the Westminster location and had no problems, everyone was helpful. Went to the finkburg location and the guys behind the desk were awful. Won't be going back.
