I will rate any one low who not only cold calls me but does it multiple times in a row trying to get me to answer? Not only rate low but would NEVER get my business

My experience was with Grant of the JimBim team, though we worked with several members of the JimBim Winning Edge team in the selling of our old house and the purchase of our new house. Throughout the process, Grant and the team were exceptional in terms of customer service, professionalism, and overall real estate acumen. Grant helped us focus on what was important in our house search, but also was patient as we waded through the house listings throughout Central Maryland. I found his realism in the real estate market to be quite helpful and he was able to find a buyer for us, and find the new house we are really enjoying now. Grant was also helpful in finding a creative financing solution with a local banker that was instrumental in making the sell/buy process effective. All-in-all, Grant and the JimBim Winning Edge team were exceptional. If we should choose to sell/buy real estate again, we will sign back up with them without hesitation.

Updated Review - In my original review, I gave a very unfavorable rating of Winning Edge Real Estate, based on what I perceived to be a robocall offering assistance with selling my home. I had recently lost my wife and had been bombarded by robocalls and junk mail similar in nature, and I was in no mood for further transgressions of my privacy and need to mourn her passing. Following that review, I was contacted by Grant. He wanted to understand the basis for my unfavorable review and clarify any misunderstandings. Grant was very professional in the way he handled the situation and solicitous in offering his condolences and offers to assist me in any way he could using the resources he had available to him through years of working with homeowners and other property owners. Based on that interaction, I believe that I may have been hasty in my judgment, and am revising my review. Original Review - I will never do business with this company. My wife passed away recently, and it's obvious they look for properties that might go on the market by researching estate listings. I received a robocall from Grant, that was callous and thoughtless. They have no idea the circumstances for the estate filing, so I was offered no condolences for the passing of my wife, especially since it was an automated cold call, and there was no human to actually talk to. I would advise others not to do business with this predatory realtor.

Words cannot express how grateful we are to Jim for making the process of selling our parent's home from halfway across the country totally, and completely painless. Jim and his team handled every detail from start to finish and sold the home quickly for more than we expected. Far and away the best at what he does. We truly cannot recommend him highly enough.
