This without a doubt has to be the best State Farm Agency by far. Staff is personable, friendly - they get to know you and treat you with care and respect. They are always willing to answer questions, provide quotes no matter how many cars you are considering buying (LOL). Extremely helpful and caring when my son had an accident and was having trouble with GEICO. Wow, they were on top of it immediately, to ensure he had a rental for the time it took to replace his vehicle. First insurance (or any company I can think of), that sends me birthday and holiday cards. They definitely treat you like part of their family!!!

Recently moved from Pennsylvania to Maryland. Scott's staff Hans and Amelia have been great to work with getting our State Farm accounts switched from PA to MD. Amelia also handled a perceived lack of car insurance with MVA. Also added homeowners and life insurance for a bundle discount. Scott himself made it a point to introduce himself and welcome us to MD and his agency.
