        After calling Moon Air, as we are looking to replace our old furnace and A/C unit, I am glad to say that it has been a good experience from the beginning. Starting with speaking to an operator Desiree (sp?) who was quite cheerful answering the phone with, "Thank you for calling Moon Air... How can we make your day more perfect?" A same day appointment was scheduled to have someone come out to speak with me. Sales Mgr. John A. was prompt, arriving at the time agreed upon, extremely courteous, knowledgeable, and through. He took the time to understand our needs, measure and calculate the size of the systems needed for our home all the while tolerating my many questions. John then took the time to explain the pertinent options, the what, how and why involved in the process. I look forward to doing business with Moon Air in the future. Service: HVAC system repair
