        I must express my immense disappointment with 1-800 flowers. Today, I had placed an order for a delightful combination of flowers and chocolates to surprise my beloved sisters. However, to my dismay, I received a call at the end of the day informing me that they were unable to deliver the package due to a shortage of delivery personnel. While they did offer an apology, this experience has left me with a strong conviction to never patronize this company again. It serves as a reminder that supporting local mom and pop shops can often be the wiser choice. I deeply regret my decision to order from 1-800 flowers.
