AL SULTAN (halal café style restaurant)

I've come here a handful of times and have ordered the chicken shawarma platter every time, so I can't speak on anything else, but I will at least give them props and say that that plate is absolutely fantastic. However, I don't think I'll be back anymore. Me and a coworker started hitting this place up almost once a week. My only initial concern was that every time we ordered the chicken shawarma platter, they would prepare it slightly different every time. First it came with a chopped salad on the side. The next time it was a normal salad and it was in a different container and was underneath the rice and chicken. The next time, it had fries on top of the platter. While it was great every time, I really think this place needs to figure out how they want to prepare their dishes and maintain some consistency. My main issue though, is the last three times we've gone they haven't had something. First, they ran out of chicken shawarma (and kofta when that was our backup order). The next time, they didn't have rice. How do you run out of rice, it's literally a staple in over half your dishes? Keep in mind we are showing up around 12-12:15, right at the beginning of lunch time. The final straw was last week. We had stopped coming in, but after about two months we decided to give them another try. We show up at 12:15. The sign on the door said they were open. When we go in to order, the guy at the register lets us know that their cook isn't in. Why are you advertising that you're open then?! This place is a complete mess, with absolutely zero organizational skills to competently run a food business. Showing up right at the beginning of lunch time, and three times in a row they haven't had something to prepare the food we wanted. It's unfortunate, because their food was honestly phenomenal. But we won't be going back because why drive 20 minutes to find out yet again they can't make what you order?

I ordered Shawarma and waited for 45 minutes later in when I asked a person in counter. How much time does it take his reply was if you want it right now I can get half cooked food he was very rude. Finally after 1hour 10minutes I got food And Food is not worth for what I paid. Never gonna visit this place again

I've ordered 2 combo over rice with special instructions for 4 extra hot sauces and 2 coke. I received half hot sauce and 2 diet coke. When I called, the staff told me to pay extra for the hot sauce. There were no options in Uber eats to order hot sauce. Also asked for utensils, never received a napkin or forks.
