They don't have a phone number and how do I make a claim??? They charged me for the photos, I ordered them online and they never arrived. I ordered them since November 20, 2023!!!!

I ordered my son's school photographs online and I've been waiting for them for 2 months. a terrible service apart from that they always say they send them to me and I don't receive anything this is the worst thing that exists I will talk to the school to never use this company again

Polite and helpful reshoot for my special needs daughter's school pictures. Though we're happy with the final product, this did require a second visit to the hair salon and a 45 minutes drive to the Elkridge, MD. studio. I feel a little more patience for those with special needs and perhaps a couple of snapshots to choose from would have eliminated today's visit, as pleasant as it was. Again, happy with the image selected today.

They've lost my photos in the mail...why can't they be sent out in school like they used to be. I still haven't received my second attempt at trying to send photos I paid for. They also didn't spell my email correctly to give my digital image..sent me a link and the link has an error. This company is horrible.

My sons school for what ever reason decided to switch from lifetouch, & used classic photography. Boy am I disappointed. Pictures have been ordered & paid for.no pictures. Contacted customer service, said theyll resend them. Welp. Month later. No pictures. Will not EVER order from them again.
