Smoke filled rooms running from 212 to 219 because each of them was checked when I had to stay there because I don't like smoking as it affects my breathing and synapsis.

I gave this place 3 stars only because of the room. The room I stayed in is very big. Now for the staff, 0 stars. The female manager needs to be a lot more friendly with the customers. If you are handicapped oh well she says. I am handicapped and had to park around the back or side of the building. Theres no handicap parking spaces. I told the manager about it and she got an attitude with me. The law states that if youre business has parked cars, it must be handicapped accessible. There was no rooms available on the first floor either. A business will be fined a hefty amount if it doesnt have handicapped parking and its not accommodated for handicapped. I couldnt be close to my room. I told the manager about the parking and she said she accommodates for the people who have been there the longest. They got the good spots. Is that how things work now I asked her and she said its how I run my business. Ok well guess what lady, here in this country theres rules to follow for opening a business. And theres consequences for not following them. The cleaning lady is awesome if you get the one lady she will help you out. This place doesnt believe in giving an extra wash cloth here and there. They are the bare minimum of everything. Nothing extra. They dont accommodate for anything. What they give you is what you get. Dont complain to anybody or you will be thrown out.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT HERE!! THE STAFF ARE SO NICE TO ME AND MY MOM. ROOMS ARE HUGE AND CLEAN. GREAT PRICE AND CLOSE TO ALL STORES!!! THANKS GUYS FOR GREAT PLACE TO STAY
