Thefts!!! Please, be very careful going there! This is my bill for 45 minutes of labour! Two air leaks. The technician was rude explaining my bill, he repeated 5 times that because of me he was not with his family on Eastern and he charged me more than $1500 for only labour that he did in 45 minutes! He threatened he will lock the gates and won't let my driver out and hang up on me, even though I was ready to pay with a debit card. Dispatchers were not helpful and rude as hell, yelling and hanging up. All calls are being recorded and I will gladly listen to all recordings to prove my point and this situation. This was a simple scam, a robbery, I will contact all authorities and will update my review here, as well. Be very cautious doing afterhours business with these people!

DO NOT TAKE YOUR TRAILER HERE! This place is a terrible establishment to call a business Go see Multimarine Services in Baltimore if you have to go to a bigger shop and not an individual technician. These people in Elkridge are liars very unprofessional. They overcharge for everything and do work without you authorizing it. I didnt authorize a load test on a battery that I know is dead so why would they perform it then try to charge us? Very rude and unprofessional place. Customer service classes really need to be taught here. Wouldnt recommend this place to my enemy. I have 20 years as ASE master tech in automotive/ diesel repair industry and this is by far one of the worst experiences on the customer side of things. They were talking and making up costs on invoice as if I had no clue how things work. Then lied on repair order saying I didnt answer any of their calls; get real. I had to answer, thats the only way I knew the compressed the trailer needed was $9 thousand because I never received an email with any written estimate.

My first advice to you truckers is pay only in credit card and second thing, do the communication only in email (not verbal), in this case those horrible people will not take an advantage of you. They quoted me $1100 to do the job and I approved it. after holding my trailer for a week(snails works here), they changed the bill to $1700. I asked them why? They said we never quoted you $1100, they are evil people. I paid the $1700 anyhow because I didnt had the proof on hand at that moment. Then on the next day I informed to my bank after I got all the evidence (the quote and email exchanged). since I paid it in credit card, I got my money back(the difference).
