Naima - Did not receive any form of veteran payment change that went over $107.00 increase- we are to announce 15 day prior to moving out our storage yet is there no policy to enforce such an increase in pay when it now costs more than the large storage which they had not wrote nor spoken to me about even knowing ive attempted contact in ALL ways- NO RESPONSE. i found out about this adjustment by a friend who pays the storage- NOT BY THEM , so until I am notified----' regular payment at $245.00 will be applied. Thank.you. again I can be notified by email or.phone provided to this company. Thank you

Tucked just off the road, this storage facility is expertly managed - professional and friendly! Very fair / competitive pricing. Thought I'd have to wait for an inside temperature controlled unit. Management called me within a week, was able to move in the following week.

we are very happy with prime storage. location is well kept, safe and their customer service is excellent. Naima is very professional, very sweet and always greet us with a big smile. we highly recommend this place !!
