        I had an ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL experience today with Shavonna in the pharmacy! I had been calling around pharmacies all morning trying to find paxlovid and they had it. From the moment she answered the phone with a pleasant tone and how she patiently helped me when my insurance card wasn't showing up in the system I was blown away by her customer service! I am a Physician Assistant and know how bad the customer service can be in healthcare but this was beyond the best customer service I have received with pharmacy staff! She deserves a raise!!

        This quaint little rite aid is wonderful for its pharmacy! The staff is extremely knowledgeable and take the time to get to know you. I opted for the auto refill and text notification, to alert me when my prescriptions are ready. Staff is very accommodating and pleasant.
