Everson Travers and his company is a sham. I wish my family and I NEVER did business with a person as such. He talks a good game, but owes the federal government and state thousands but claims he can help people with their credit. Don't take my word, look him up on Maryland case search for yourself. Please stay far away from him. If I could give zero stars I would.

Do yourself a favor and steer clear of Priority Property Solutions LLC! I was in direct contact with Mr. Everson Travers, Jr. in regards to selling my grandmother's property. We executed a contract once an agreement was made on the purchase price, but the close date came and went. During the weeks prior to the agreed close date, I did not hear from him or the title company as it got closer to the closing date. My time was wasted and I'm beyond angry with the un-professionalism of this so called "investor". DO. NOT. WASTE. YOUR. TIME. I could have pursued other offers during the three weeks I was strung along.
