Horrible service here. The ladies up front just want to sit there and look at their computers. Told them I had to dispose of sharps for a deceased grandparent and that I had already taken medication to the sheriff's office (the sheriff does not take sharps). The health dept's sharps box was full and when I asked for alternative drop off locations the ladies just told me that they don't take medications. I told them I was dropping off sharps and again asked where I could take these. They just looked at their computers, didn't even respond or look at me. Worst "Health Department" I've seen in my life. Fire the two chuckleheads up front.

demeaning disrespectful & rude. i took off work (which i cant afford to do) after i was told on the phone while scheduling my appointment that they would accept my new insurance. i get there & the lady starts looking at me like i have 3 heads then passes my insurance card to someone else. the first lady asks me if my insurance is through my employer, the second lady then copies her question with its not through your work or anything? i told her no, i understood & answered the question the first time. i then told them that the person on the phone verified that my insurance would be accepted & they started saying she couldnt of done that. i left feeling annoyed, demeaned & disrespected. all i was trying to do is get my birth control. completely disrespectful & unprofessional. should have been handled way better with some grace.
