Gas pumps/card readers are always not working and you have to jump around pump to pump to find a functioning one. The receipt machines always fail to print causing you to have to go inside to get a receipt. The bathrooms are very dirty could only imagine the food and how clean it must be. The district manager should probably do their job and visit this site read the reviews.

Took awhile to get our food they weren't nice to us at all. But we did get all the things we ordered. And payed a pretty good price but now it's not a good price

Bought a new car and the very first fill up go to the Royal Farm in Edgewood, Md and got bad gas. Mind you only have 314 miles on this 2024 Honda Pilot and had to pay $871.98 to have them drain the tank and clean the injectors because of this bad gas. I have tried to get in contact t with the manager there 7 times. I even left one of two sample of the gas (which was clear and doesn't even look like gas) with a copy of the invoice and my direct cell number. Still have received no call back at all. I have tried to do this the correct way and just want to be reimbursed for the damage that had to be paid out. This is the worst communication/ customer service i have even delt with before in my life. I even asked the employees on site what insurance company they deal with and what is their hazmat procedure, and they don't have a clue. Which is a little scary that they don't know this. They don't even deserve the 1 star but you have to have at least 1 star to post.
