Yeah, I hate to go against all these marvelous reviews, but here I go. Firstly, there is something seriously wrong when a practicing dentist allows their receptionist to diagnose a patient over the phone without the dentist even performing an exam. I recently had a very good and comprehensive dental consultation with Dr. Reynolds, and a spectacular dental cleaning by her hygienist. HOWEVER, I recently had a very sudden and PAINFUL dental issue. I spoke with the receptionist Theresa about seeing Dr. Reynolds for an evaluation/examination of the issue. This receptionist diagnosed me HERSELF, over the phone, saying I needed a root canal. She told my insurance company the same thing! HER diagnosis, by a receptionist and not by a dentist without an exam, created such a delay for me getting the urgent ER dental exam I needed, which took 3 additional days of pain to receive. A root cancel is NOT what I needed after all! I never saw or spoke with Dr. Reynolds about this, nor was there a follow-up from the voice message I left for Dr. Reynolds. Again, this is a serious problem when a practicing dentist allows their receptionist to diagnose a patient over the phone.

Last year i had a couple of dental problems untill then i had not been to a dentist in years due to fear
From the very first visit i was put at ease by dr reynolds and her staff and now look forward to coming for regular check ups .my teeth have never looked better .it is very positive and comforting. I thank dr reynolds and her staff once again in providing me with the best dental care i have had in my life.

I am always nervous at the dentist, but Dr Reynolds and Theresa made me feel so welcome. They gave me hope that my smile will finally be something I can show off to the world. They saved my tooth, and spent time just talking to me. I will definitely be going back!
