        I always like purchasing my hair from this store. One day, I came to purchase a wig, and the guy told me to sign after I swiped my card. After swiping my card, the guy asked for my ID card (when I asked him why, he said my signature looked funny). I felt humiliated, discriminated, and disrespected against, since I am black and African (other people that purchase stuff from him wasn't asked for any form of identity). Guys, be careful about this place if you are African. I don't think the owner like us (of which I don't care) just a heads up. If there was a zero star I would have appreciated it.

        I love this place. Such great customer service. I called the other day and he stayed open until I got there. He will always get my business as long as I live in Harford County.

      dear customer. i am truly sorry about your experience and the incident. due to recent incidents we had with the card machine, I personally had no choice but to ask for the ID because of the scribbled signature and it was a large purchase. It had nothing to do with race or anything stereotypical as you might have assumed. customers know that we do not discriminate to anyone's background. you had misunderstood the reason behind checking the ID but regardless, I would like to personally apologize for how you felt about the experience. If you can reconsider the review and change it, we would greatly appreciate it. Your review and opinion about our business is most important to us. and again we apologize and thank you for shopping with us
