image Deposited a check of $35.34 and needed it to buy high blood pressure medication but they would not release the funds to me. This is deplorable and I had to do without my mediation. I have thousands coming in from developers buying property from me but WILL NOT PUT THIS AMOUNT IN THIS PLACE!!!!

image To say the website / app needs work would be an understatement.
First off, just getting the app and the website to not crash while making an account almost took an act of God. Then, I tried to transfer money from my primary (external) bank account for a car loan I have through APG, but, cant do that. So, you have to transfer the money to a regular shares account, then to your loan. But, I kept receiving error message after error message from APG saying that the transfer couldn't be completed due to an online technical error. 3 days later, I get an alert from my bank that 2 of the attempted transfers had, in fact, went through, despite the error messages . For whatever reason, it won't allow me to transfer the excess money from my regular shares back to my external banking account because I supposedly exceeded the allotted amount of transfers. (So the limits 2 I guess?)
Not the first time dealing with credit unions, but this has been the most irritating experience by far. Banking apps are not a new thing and need to be considerably more reliable than whatever this credit union is using.
Hopefully when rates drop I can refinance the vehicle elsewhere so I can get away from this credit union asap. Hopefully I can get this resolved in person, but reading other reviews, I have strong doubts.

image This is a horrible credit union. The website, app, and customer service all suck. Avoid them at all costs.
Edit: These guys respond faster to these complaints than you can get a human on the phone so thats gotta tell you something. The fact all of their branches have a rating in the 2 star range also has to tell you something, avoid them.
We needed to get a medallion signature guarantee to rollover an old 529 savings account into my daughters new account.
My wife had to schedule that and then she showed up a little early to wait. They had somehow messed up their scheduling or something and they were running very behind so my wife ended up having to wait more than an hour past her scheduled time for someone to finally help her.
Even though they were very obviously MD529 rollover forms that say clearly on them that they need the medallion signature guarantee the person was very rude, seemed to not know what that was or why it was required, but then did eventually do the stamp and finish their part of the forms. Maybe there were new at that, or they dont do it much, but they shouldnt be as dumbfounded by what should be a simple process and they especially shouldnt be rude or extremely late.
Well just drive the extra hour and use APLFCU if we ever have to do that again. Theyre always nice and competent.
This was pretty much the last straw after problems at the 2 other branches we used. We closed our accounts and avoid this company.
Their website is horrible and confusing compared to other banks. Same with their app. Theres nothing good to say about this place.
