        That sighn says "NO DUMPING". every week this happens. People cant afford to pay the trash bill , so they do this. The homeowners association should provide trash cans and recycle cans for all residents . they should include this in the "homeowners association fees" that are charged to the tenants, even if it ups tje fees a bit. This would bring less scavengers to the place. I didnt see any rats. But mice are in some of thw houses. That is about everywhere thougj. I like the nieghborhood over all. It has pleanty of grassland and a big field.."ciunion football field".
