Giant Pharmacy

I have a lot of prescriptions at this Giant! Now that they have permanently locked the back doors for easy access to the pharmacy. I am not walking the whole store just to pick up a prescription. I suffer from chronic back pain, it is too much!! I will be moving them to a drive thru!

This pharmacy is extremely rude every time you go in or call over the phone extremely rude the district manager needs to come and check this store out on customer service especially dealing with people who are sick and just want to get their medicine. When you call in they tell you your medicine isnt sent in when it has been sent in over hours I complaint once and Molly said she isnt good at communication with her own staff. Like seriously.

I never write reviews but the pharmacist that I had called to ask a simple question in regards to transferring my services from one giant to another just hung up on me. Extremely rude and unwilling to assist me as I just wanted to ensure that the transfer went through. Very upsetting as Ive never had issues with other giants in the past!
