I wanted to like them, but.....in the end I definitely regret using them. I was presented this company through a realtor (whom I didn't trust, but out of the three options - this company seemed to be best). I researched the reviews and thought they seem to be reliable. I had the crawl space inspected and knew of several areas of concern, I went a step further and had some of the species in the crawl space sent for testing. When E.D. Residential came, they provided no information on the more critical issues - imho - either they didn't have the expertise or they didn't have the availability to fix the issues.Either way, right then and there, I decided only to allow them to do the part they brought up (a minimal job compared to the bigger scope of the job). The realtor would pay and I would find someone more competent to the rest. They kept delaying (after being paid in full). I decided, ok it can wait - BUT 30 days later and I hadn't heard from them. So, I reached out constantly for maybe 30 more days (via phone/voicemail, website contact us page, text message, email). I heard nothing at all. I left several messages. Finally, a call back with no professionalism. The owner said "oh, its just $700 anyway". Just???? $700??? A job you haven't started nor scheduled 60 days after payment. They showed up to my home and didn't ring the door bell, say hello we are outside - nor did they go over the finished job with me (just left). They undressed in front of my home, took a bird bath with the water hose, and walked through my flower garden. How RUDE. Reconsider hiring a company with more professionalism....

Mr Edwins company performed a complete crawl space encapsulation for my home in Stevensville. Their entire team and sub contractors were professional, courteous, prompt and efficient. The entire project took 7 business days to complete though subcontractor scheduling meant the job took 3 calendar weeks. I wish I had before pictures as the crawl space was moldy, mildew, humid mess with falling bay insulation, debris and poor perimeter drainage, sump pit and vapor barrier. Mr. Edwins team gave me a superb sealed vapor barrier on the ground and spray foam walls, a new perimeter drain around the entire foundation with a pit and (finally) a pump, dehumidifier. The floor joists look brand new for my 28 year old house!!! Mr. Edwin is a great contractor to know, both personally and professionally in my opinion!!! I would refer his company in a heartbeat. E D Residential, the company owned by Edwin delivered timely, affordable and masterful craftsmanship. We were very impressed with Edwins professionalism and courteous demeanor during the encapsulation of our crawl space. He dealt with any small or large challenge during the project with calmness and consulted with us at every step. We would eagerly recommend E D Residential to anyone needing the service.

ED Residential delivered quality, timely and affordable work. It has been an absolute pleasure to work with Edwin the owner of ED residential. Our house was infested with mold and Edwin and his crew squeeze us into their busy schedule to insure we could move back into our home as soon as possible. ED residential treated the inside of our house for mold and I will be using this amazing company to treat the mold identified in my crawl space, install a French drain, replace and install new sump pumps, and put a vapor barrier in our crawl space to insure we wont have mold issues again. 10/10 recommend!!
