Would not recommend this place. They hire non professionals. They turned one loose on me this am and it was s--t.she was rude, rough. Spent 15 min. At most.asked her to please blow my hair dry. Charged me total 44 dollars. Called it styling. Be careful.
Never offered the senior discount ( 93 here)
This place should be run out of business.
Never going back or recommending it
It has to be against the law to hire non professionals and pass them off as the real thing

This morning (2/15/24) I brought two of my sons for their cuts. Despite completing online check in and arriving at the appointment time provided through Great Clips app, we were not seen for another 25 minutes. Neither of the hairdressers have done job that could be called professional. One of the employees had to be explicitly asked to trim my sons hair over his ears (his hair hung about an inch over the top of his ears after the initial cut completed by her) and around his neck. Even after my polite requests, my sons hair looks as if it wasnt cut at all. Second employee cut my other sons hair unevenly all around, with bangs at a diagonal across his forehead, and sharp steps of cuts across his head.
Very dissatisfied with the service provided.
