He does not use anesthesia so prepare to go through torture. I have had these procedures without anesthesia and I do not recommend it.

Told me they would give me some pain meds for oral surgery that all i needed to do was give them a 24 hour notice and theyd be happy to write a script. Did that and now they say they cant do it till they see me and closets apt is a month away . I WAS already a patient now they change their mind. No longer a patient. VERY unorganized staff . Dont go there

If you are looking for a professional pain management clinic - this is NOT it. Although, Dr. Ding is nice enough - his office staff is the most unprofessional group of individuals we've ever encountered at a doctors office. When my husband (brain tumor patient) was first sent there we were never scheduled in to see Dr. Ding - but got his then PA. She prescribed a medication that my husband was immediately taken off of by his primary because it put at significant risk for a bleed because it was known to interact with his coumadin. Our next issue was last winter after a snow/ice event. My husband is in a wheelchair. I called to make sure the handicap spaces were accessible. We were met with sarcasm on the phone. We were told that we would find out when we got there and that if we chose to cancel our appointment it would count against him. We showed for the appointment to find that the handicap spaces were NEVER touched. Yesterday was the last straw. On Tuesday we received a call asking if we would be in the office for his scheduled appointment. After explaining that ALL his other doctors (including Hopkins) were doing telehealth with him (because of Covid 19) we were told that we would be contacted the next day via Zoom. First of all, Zoom is NOT considered a secure application. Second, we were told that no telephone call would come prior to the Zoom appointment - we would just have to watch our email account from 3 PM on and wait to be given a link. I told them that we couldn't sit and babysit an email account for an unspecified time. There was NO resolution. So I downloaded Zoom to my phone and took my husband with me all day in hopes that we would not miss that Zoom appointment. We were NEVER contacted by phone OR email with a link. The next day around 10 AM I was contacted on my cell phone to speak to my husband to check him in for his appointment. I explained to the girl that the appointment was the day before. She said she didn't know what happened, blew it off and continued like it wasn't an issue. I tried NUMEROUS times to answer her questions (without my husband there) and she got belligerent with me and said she needed to talk to my almost deaf husband or she would cancel the appointment. I reminded her that this wasn't even our scheduled time. She VERY sarcastically replied, "well, what would you like my to do, DAAAAAAAAAHLIN?"  Then she told me to hold on. She never put me on hold but told the other girl that I was refusing to cooperate. She came back to the line and reiterated that she needed to speak to my husband or I needed to bring him there. By this time - I was already driving home so I told her I would get him on the phone in 15 min. She hung up on me. When I got home I put him on the phone. He questioned the other girl as to why the call didn't come the day before and she said she didn't know. He asked for a call prior to the Zoom link arriving by email. Again, they refused and told us to monitor our email until....  Until what???  They then hung up on him. We called the office for 15 minutes following that hang up ...and they would not answer the phone. We have NEVER had another issue with a doctors office in the 10 years he's been sick. This is the most outrageous, unprofessional office we have EVER encountered and he's been seen by a multitude of doctors and other medical professionals in 2 states for 10 years. We will never return to this office. The staff is incompetent, rude, and unprofessional. If it was possible to give ZERO stars we would!
