Can't speak to lawyer experience just customer service. Called and left message for inquiry three weeks ago before holidays. Never received call back. Called and talked to secretary last week. Set conference call for this past Mondsy at 9am. Waited for 30 minutes and was never called back. Hope his law skills better than his customer service.
