        Welp. That seals the deal. I am NO LONGER a fan of chipotle . The employees are disrespectful and their actions are INEXCUSABLE! The food was DISGUSTING. I even found a USED CONDOM in my bowl. My experience here has been unbelievably bad. I will never come here again. I am actually sick to my stomach.....

        You will get the wrong order 4/5 times. When you get said food, it's also messed up. Undercooked rice, overcooked chicken. Then you have the HORRIBLE attitudes and unprofessionalism of the employees.

        Just came in and usually I dont have any issues but they were out of brown rice and chips. Told me I had to get white rice then after finishing my bowl magically had brown rice again. I asked for a side of queso and they gladly did that without saying anything about not having chips til I got to the register. The lady at the register didnt actually help me figure out the new chip reader they have either. There were plenty of people here so if being short staffed is their excuse thats wasnt the case today. Pure laziness. Thats all it was. I live not even 5 minutes away and my food is ice cold. Not even condensation on the inside of the lid. Very disappointed in my visit today.

        It really all depends on who makes the food. Lately, it has been giving me indigestion for some reason. I think it was because the meat was a bit greasy. Also, the guacamole has had huge chunks of avocado in it instead of it being a smoother consistency like it used to be. And sometimes the rice isn't cooked all the way, so you're basically eating partially crunchy rice. But like I said, it all depends on who's doing the cooking. The portions are always good, though. Update: So my hubby picked up a burrito and some chips and guac for me last night and the guac was absolutely horrible!!! It was mostly big chunks of crunchy, unripe avocado, which is disgusting!! It's been this way for the past 4 times I ordered from them. How do you just tell yourself that people aren't going to notice or mind that the majority of the avocado isn't ripe?? I'd rather them just not serve guac til the avocados are ripe enough to use. I would love to get my money back, but I doubt that will happen. Not sure if I'm gonna give them another try. Just seriously disappointed.
