ESI helped us out with an asbestos testing project in our new house. Patrick helped us understand where to set up both air and surface wipe tests to get the clearest picture of our situation. He took his time explaining his reasoning to us and laying out all our options while still being highly sensitive to the costs of the project. He also explained the report to us thoroughly when it came back and answered all our questions. Since we did find some asbestos on surfaces in the home, he was able to recommend an asbestos cleaning company to us, and the recommendation proved great. It is always wonderful to work with someone who takes your concerns seriously.

I definitely agree with giving them a five (5) star rating. Each inspector was very professional and courteous. They took time to explain everything to me and they were very thorough. I so appreciate what they did and the quick response with the report. I'll gladly refer them to everyone!

ESI was responsive and helpful throughout what can be a bewildering process for a first-time user. They proved themselves ethical and professional at every turn. Loved working with Ryan, the hygienist assigned to our whole-house water and mold damage project. Highly recommend!
