    Optimal health left my longtime client without assistance by firing me for no apparent reason. I think they fired me because of my age even tho I'm 65 I'm in great health and look 50 also I was being paid 12.58 an hour which they wanted to replace me for a lower paid worker at 9.00 an hour to do my job. The company has a big turnover of care providers and I can see why. My client is going to another agency so I can continue to care for her.

    well as already said in another post, the place does have a huge turnover. i have had 4 different caregivers in less than a year. bad thing is 3 out of the 4 were really great at their job. 1 went to school to be a cna which i was happy for her, the second was not my care giver but my coordinator who visited me a few times and she was also good and very polite with me and im not the easiest person to get along with. i just dont take no shi- from no one and my last coordinator just left me on friday to become optimals new coordinator supervisor which i know she will do a great jod. girl has a huge heart in such a small body (lol). she does work very had at her job and is great at it. feels like something is missing here now. but i wish her all the best in her new position. and i just want to thank the 3 from the bottom of my heart for dealing with me and doing a good job. will never forget you 3 im sorry to hear that they let the lady go who was in her 60s, i say if she can do the job, let her do it. i bet she didnt sit on no ones couch for 5 hours playing with her phone and having her boy friend come in her clients house and wait for her. she could of left anytime she wanted, didnt do shi- no way. all i can say is dont get to attached feeling wise with any of the caregivers. here today and gone tomorrow. if your looking for service i would say wait at least a week or two before you apply.     Terrible experience. Drove fom an hour and 15 minutes away to have fingerprinting done only to be told that their machine was down. No one called to tell me but rather waited until I walked through the door for my appointment. This is happening on 2 separate occaisions
