Nick came out and gave us a detailed analysis of what we needed and then worked with us to tailor it to exactly what we needed before giving us a detailed estimate. MMD was able to help us with both waterproofing our basement and removing mold from our crawlspace. The whole house dehumidifier has been a game changer. The work was done as scheduled and everything was left clean. We are very satisfied with the work!

For years we had a slow foundation leak and didnt realize it. After a horror show on the basement carpet/baseboards, we had our contractor open up the wall to a decade-long leak coming into our basement. Maryland Mold & Waterproofing was one of the first to contact us back, tell us what they saw was the issue, and provide a reasonable quote. We weighed them all carefully, but Maryland Mold & Waterproofing made us feel at ease and had a middle of the road quote. We were NOT disappointed. We scheduled our waterproofing with ease once we had our contractor rip out the affected wall area (we were doing a basement renovation), turns out the crack we thought was leaking wasnt the issue - it was an adjacent problem! Fortunately, MM&W had seen this issue many times before in the area from builders and knew how to repair it. They did their work efficiently and cleaned up once done. We couldnt get the basement reno moving forward for a few weeks, which gave us time to see how well their repair took hold. From heavy rains, to snow and snow melt, to more rains, NO leaking whatsoever. The best part, for the first time in a decade, our basement doesnt smell musty and feels dry. We havent known that feeling since we had this home built. We highly recommend MM&W. If we have issues in the future, they will be our first call.
