Throughout the competitive bidding market Nick always completed the pre approval letters promptly and flawlessly. He always followed up with the sellers agent to make sure there were no issues. Nick kept us up to date with what how rates were changing and provided various financing options to make sure we felt comfortable with our offers. Once we went under contract he walked us through every step making sure we understood all the documents. I cannot express how paramount Nick was in our home purchasing process and have and will continue to recommend him to friends and family that are looking to purchase a home.

CrossCounty Mortgage was able to accommodate me during a very quick and remote house search. From getting the prequalification letter to signing the loan, Nick and John were able to make sure I closed on the house we wanted in MD, all while I was up in Canada during the process. Very responsive team. Highly recommend.
