I found this company at a home and garden show recently. The product seemed amazing and I had them provide an estimate. That process was very quick since they do the initial one through property images online- more sophisticated than that but Im not the expert. From first contact through completion, the experience was far beyond my expectations. The lighting tech worked between the rain storms to complete the job within the time quoted. The work is seamless and the outcome is gorgeous. Melinda, the scheduling coordinator, is very prompt with responses and is very knowledgeable about each aspect of the job. Plus, she just seems to genuinely care about the customer experience. As an added bonus, I met Tim, who I believe is the boss, and I discussed with him an upcoming community event for which I was soliciting donations for a silent auction. He gladly took the information back to the office, Melinda reached out immediately, and they generously offered to participate - not just this year, but each year moving forward! I cannot say enough about the level of service, character of the team, and pride they have in their product. I am so ecstatic to have met and worked with this company.
