        this is concerning delivery, a driver around the time 2:50pm on saturday march 16th 2024 was driving recklessly cut across 3 lanes and nearly hit us, there is 2 kids in this car and we could have been severely injured the lisence plate number is 6C/E4971

        I placed an order a week ago, it was not delivered at all! When I called I was told they are prioritizing businesses and not residences regardless of me placing my order ahead of business. They also stopped answering the phone.

        We placed an order 4 days before our loved one's birthday. The order status the entire day said crafting order. The store never answered numerous calls we tried to make. Finally when my friend made a complaint online the status all of a sudden to out for delivery. The order did not get delivered until 8:10pm when she was on her way out the door! This is poor customer service and unacceptable.
