        I work front desk and know how things SHOULD be ran. The front desk people do not have the best costumer service. I called to request my own copies of my W2s etc. they denied me the copies they said it was THE OFFICE COPIES and they couldnt send me my own information. I even asked if l could request it through email so they would have written authorization from me showing that if anything were to happen that would be my responsibility. They still denied me. Shannon l believe is the person who helped me. She did not do her best to help me with this situation and sounded irritated throughout the whole call. It is their responsibility to do everything they can for customers and the fact she didnt even check or pass me to anyone else that could actually help like ( i requested)is definitely NOT great customer service. Would never come back here.
