I had an unfortunate experience with this company and will not use their services again. As the owner of a business/organization, it's best to reach out to your customers when they are unhappy with your services and not to blame them for it. Your technician quoted services on my invoice that I did not ask for. The original call was for a blocked piped which cost 1400 and that I paid for because it's the ONLY service I requested to have performed and after 7 days the clog still remains. I did not ask for a water heater, pressure valve, 6-to-10-year warranty or sump pump, these were added on items by your technician using deceptive practices in hopes of generating additional business due to the fact that I have an older home. However, I didn't ask for any of the additional items that were placed on my invoice (I'm assuming that's what you are referring to) when you say you can't do work for free. And as of today, I haven't received a call back from you or anyone from your company. I called to request the service to have the pipes unclogged, I paid for the service (1400) on January 17, 2024, and as of today January 27, 2024, my pipes are still clogged. It doesn't matter if you've been in business for 40 years or 4 years, how you respond to your customers when they are unsatisfied with the work that was PAID FOR speaks volumes. Diverting blame to the customer makes it easier for you to not take responsibility.

SCAM PRICING!!! Extremely overpriced and when we decided to get other quotes they hit us with an inspection fee of $217... Just for being there for 15 mins and taking the toilet off. I had previously took the toilet off and replaced the wax seal but was still having issues. I thought I would just have to pay the estimate pricing $79 which is already ridiculous but apparently if they actually touch your toilet its not an estimate it's an "inspection". I would have taken the toilet off again for him if I knew they would charge a ridiculous amount for it. Don't get scammed and go somewhere else!
