I would not recommend this facility for my dog. My mother was there for approximately 15 months. She passed away on 8/8/20 unnecessarily. If she were never put in that facility she would still be alive today. The treatment she received there was horrendous. They normally worked short staffed because they cannot keep staff. The turnover rate there is about 100%. She was hospitalized twice for dehydration because the staff provided her nothing to drink. She eventually had a stroke and it took them 3 days to send her to the hospital. After her passing it was discovered that someone at the facility stole her gold necklace right off her neck. Trying to receive her personal items after her death was pretty much impossible. There are still several things missing and management wont return calls or messages. I have notified the local police of the necklace theft. I sincerely hope that the state investigates this facility and withdraws their accreditation.
