My first encounter with Maxim working for Norwalk/Westport schools was great! Kevin Majneber is fantastic. I recently took on an assignment with them for DOC New Haven county. Resigned from my position I was with for 5 years to start full-time with Maxim. Only to get a call Friday evening, less than 72 hours from my start/hire date that my position was no longer available. After doing all required documents, credentialing, etc well over a month prior! I was assigned a new location more than 50 miles from my home with a different starting time. Emily Fish-manager assured me that her team was going to be working to get me a new assignment that fit my need. Lets say, Ive yet to hear back from her and that was well over 2 months ago. The recruiter Chris Engler sent me some local positions by my request and thats where that ended. No follow up with new assignment opportunities, nothing. I have yet to find a new full time job that works for me with benefits etc. Im very disappointed to say the least because I had higher expectations from this company. Nursing world is small as they say and I would not recommend anyone to have such experience with Maxim like I did. Only giving 2 stars because of my first experience with them.

I am very pleased with the work that the staff at Maxim Healthcare Group have done with my son. My little one has made so much growth with his goals. I love how quickly this team addresses my son's needs, answering any questions, or any concerns I may have. They all WORK REALLY HARD to provide an OUTSTANDING service to my son. Thank you for all you do, it is greatly appreciated. I couldn't be happier with the the group of amazing individuals working with my son.

This has been one of the worst agencies that I have try to work for. Candace Grant has been to absolutely worse she did not respond back to emails she did not leave a contact number my start date had to be pushed back due to her not doing her job which I think is totally unfair I do not recommend working here at all.
