Amazing service. I was changing ny insurance to magellan because by previous company benefits were terrible. Their provider got my records transfered so fast and easy.

Absolutely terrible service. The team is unhelpful and unprofessional. Hira Khan and her IT team is unhelpful and disrespectful to their customers. Would NOT recommend to anyone!!

I was excited to work for Magellan when I applied and got an interview. However, I was very disappointed when I never heard back from the interviewer about the status of the position. I just think it very unprofessional especially when someone spent their time to attend an interview and doesn’t get any response and ignored about the status of the position. After this experience it’s very unlikely for me to apply to a job, or advise someone to apply to your company. I hope there is some professionalism shown to people who are not working for your organization because they waste a lot of time, effort and resources during an interview process and it is very disrespectful when interviewers decide to ignore them and not follow up.

Helped us get a very long awaited painful lump in the back where a tumor was once before, MRI finally approved!! We had been floundering with our idiotic flat footed/pat you on the head insurer, Tufts health for a long time till we found to contact Magellan directly . MRI's ordered by Doctors refused and our insurer blamed their own subcontractor (ultimately Magellan). Months of pain for my wife , opioids in our house, weight gain, cholesterol increases, lost wages and of course a crazy sad household. Doctors could not believe how jacked the Tufts health system was. Then, out of desperation we reached out to Magellan bypassing all the drones in between. One email contact with details to Magellan and my wife is now finally scheduled for an MRI!. Can't thank Deborah and Michelle enough for cutting threw all the BS and getting it done. God Bless
