        These two workers Sloan and Hannah were the absolute kindest people I met at the shop, they made me feel welcomed and were super kind in helping me make and fix my plushie! Absolute sweethearts!! Will definitely be coming back! :))

        This experience with the staff was awful and their manager is just as nasty. Luckily my children didnt notice and still enjoyed themselves but I will definitely choose a different build a bear workshop next time. One that has much better customer service and willing to help.
