Twice, I've scheduled a vaccination w/this pharmacy at 8:45 am so I could "easily" get to my home office aa few minutes away, to start work by 9:45 am. The first time, the pharmacy was still closed when I arrived at 8:40 am! The first staff person to show up arrived at 9 am. It took 20 minutes after that to receive my vaccination. Today I arrived at 8:47 am, only to find two people who had appointments before mine waiting for their shots - so all three of us ended up watching the pharmacy staff do all sorts of things - except, give vaccinations. They finally called the first person back for her shot at 9:09 (her appt. was for 8:30). They called me back at 9:27 am = 47 minute wait. What's the point of setting an appointment when the folks on whom you depend don't care about their commitments or the value of your time?

SARAH Pharmacy Manager was extremely unprofessional and rude! She dispensed an expired medication to my 79 year old mother and when questioned about why this happened she proceeded with an attitude, was extremely rude and repeatedly interrupted my mother. She did not take the time to listen to my mothers questions or hold any accountability and then hung up on her. As a healthcare professional myself, I was furious that there are people in healthcare roles that treat people like this. When I called the pharmacy to speak with Sarah she was also rude to me interrupted me while I tried to understand what happened. She said I explained myself to your mother and I am hanging up now. Her behavior was unacceptable! I am appalled that she is the manager and running this pharmacy with lack of respect, Communication and callous towards patients. She needs to be fired from her role and should not be serving the community as she is doing a disservice by being in a healthcare role. I will be filing a complaint to corporate about the despicable attitude this woman displayed. Shame on you Walgreens for hiring this woman.

This pharmacy refuses to fill my prescription on time and when they finally agree to fill it Im told its out of stock. Horrible. Im switching to another pharmacy

They call twice a day to say Rx is ready then when I go they say it wasnt. Got mine mixed up with someone with the exact same name.come on :/ Avoid this place as they have no clue what they are doing.
