Do not live here. First off, I've just moved out last month, just recieved the bill for that. They're charging me $556 for carpet replacement, even though it was spotless. [Edit to correct: forgot the water heater above us busted and flooded our place less than a week before we left. They cut up the carpet because it was soaked, I guess that was my fault so btw the maintenance is NOT FREE] Theyre charging me for the past 3 months of utilities, which I already paid. And this entire time, they've been charging me for not having renter's insurance even though I submitted proof at the very beginning. They are extremely aggressive about the car towing. They've towed our cars multiple times when someone parked for only an hour in the afternoon, when they refused to give my husband, who is on the lease, a sticker, when the visitor's pass had fallen down, and once when they were repainting the lot but I was away for two weeks and couldn't move the car. For the last one, they couldn't even tell me what company had my car, or where it was. There's rats, mice, and/or black mold in/around any given unit. My walls bled yellow constantly because they probably just painted over some cigarette residue in the past. The lease states that you can opt out of them entering when you're not home, and if they MUST enter when you're out, they will leave a note explaining when and why they answered. They entered at LEAST 3 times when I wasn't home, and never left a note. THEY WILL ENTER WHEN YOU ARE NOT HOME, AND THEY WILL NOT NOTIFY YOU. Violating their own lease. And finally you cannot get ahold of anyone in the office. Maintenance you can if it's an emergency, but if you need help from the office or just something fixed, they are almost impossible to get ahold of. They don't answer the phone, it goes straight to a voicemail that promises they'll call you back. They've never call back. The email specifically states it is not monitored, so while sometimes you get a reply, it's entirely unreliable. The resident app tells me I'm not a resident, and the portal.... Your maintenence and admin requests will be posted to the portal, where you and the employees can add comments to these posts. They will just not read the comments or reply to concerns at all. I once made a new ticket asking for answers, they read it, and deleted it because there was already a ticket for the issue, telling me to just post these questions as comments on the original. I already had, and still they refused to answer any. The office is appointment only, but how do you make an appointment without being able to communicate with them in any way? And on the occasion I got ahold of them through email asking for when to come in, they told me to come in "any time this morning," but I had work, obviously. The only way to get any sort of response is to ignore the appointment sign and just walk in. And one more time, they are charging me wrongfully for bills I already paid months ago, and an already clean carpet, and they are ignoring my emails about it again. The office is full of people that would sigh in relief and see dollar signs if your building burned up. Do not live here.

My experience with the management staff, maintenance staff, and the community as a whole has been very positive. Management is very helpful and maintenance is extremely prompt.

Horrible apartments, they didn't even allow me to go to court they gave me 10 minutes to get all of my personal things and evicted me. Even after explaining my situation through and through all the resources given to me by the apartment were outdated or were not offering any help at all. DONT RENT HERE TWO YEARS AND THEY CARRIED ME THIS WAY EVEN THOUGH THERE WAS ONE MORE MONTH ON MY LEASE WITHOUT NOTICE THEY TOLD ME THEY WERE NOT RENEWING MY LEASE AND AFTER THAT THEY WERE EXTREMELY AGGRESSIVE I STRONGLY FEEL LIKE IT WAS DISCRIMINATION!!!!!!

They are extremely aggressive about the car towing.
