Ive lived at this property for over 4 years. But Ms India our property manager is simply amazing. She has really made the difference in the experience Ive had living here . There has been a number of issues that I have brought to her attention and she always makes sure she goes above and beyond to resolve my issues to the best of her ability . Not all things are within her capacity to fix right away but she always make sure to find the answer. Without her Im not really sure if Id be giving a five star review.

Quiet neighborhood and seams really safe place to live in.
Seeing the speed prevention protocols and patrol presence is quite important and comforting to know.

Sharing info for others looking for an apt:
Minimum income for a 2 bdrm is ~$26,000, for a 1 bdrm, it's ~$22,000. 1 person occupant is only allowed to apply for a 1 bedroom apartment and there is a 6-month waiting list for a 1-bedroom. Zillow/Trulia do not have accurate information. (This information is what was given to me by the nice receptionist and I believe it's the most important.)
Other observations:
- I couldn't find the 'income restriction' information on Any webpage. Full disclosure of this fact would save time and energy of customers as well as receptionists who have to tell people this fact over and over.
- I called at 2pm and after many rings, the phone was picked up and immediately disconnected. (I've worked in an office, and pushing the wrong button can result in an accidental hangup.) I called again and the same thing happened. I called again and the woman stiffly requested that I call back after 2:30pm as they were at lunch. Everyone is entitled to lunch and breaks....Why is there no Voicemail? How do people leave messages? (???)
