This is the unorganized place I have ever been to. Very poor customer service. Suppose to help me move my piano, gave weeks in advance notice but the day of the move. His people werent there to help me. We in up doing it ourselves with there supplies. So really we did this company work for them. This company got a star because that was the only way it would let me post.

I got the piano of my dreams from the Piano Man: a Yamaha C series, and USED! For a steal. Fully satisfied in my experience with Nick and the Piano Man Superstore. Excellent customer service and care. His technician took extra time regulating and tuning my piano because they knew Im a professional musician who wasnt just looking for a living room showpiece. I cant believe how lucky I got in finding this piano at this price. Another local music store (Kitts?) told me that it was too good to be true and that something must be wrong with it at that price. Not so. Turns out that he was wrong. But that didnt stop Nick from allowing a 3rd party technician take a look at the piano to verify. Nick was straight up; an honest dealer. Id buy another piano from him in a heartbeat. It was love at first sight with this piano. And Nick and his team made the transaction smooth and easy from the reasonable purchase terms, to getting it prepped for delivery (tuning/regulating), to delivery, and even to having it tuned again post-delivery to ensure optimal tuning in my home. Very professional. Couldnt have asked for anything more. He was even responsive to questions post-delivery. Highly recommend!

Had a fabulous experience with Piano Man! My daughter just started playing, and we wanted a piano that looked and sounded beautiful, but didn't break the bank . . . in case her passion wanes. Nick taught us what to look for--brands, size, features-- and encouraged us to just wander his warehouse-style piano shop, and see what spoke to us. When we found a few we liked, we made Nick come over and play the same song on each. (He's good!) The one we liked most had a lot of scratches and a water glass ring. Nick told us not to worry. Trust him and his team. The piano and bench arrived looking brand new. Fully refinished. A month later (after settling) they sent a piano tuner. Abdul was excellent. Delivery and tuning were included. Daughter and I are thrilled.
