I spent 60dollars to apply for me not get a notice not approve. Approve by a system that is not accurate is suspect. Real page is not good system. Secondly with all the look at infestation maybe it was sign from God not move here to begin with. Towing no parking bugs and no professional responses.

They work with the single most predatory towing company I have ever seen. They will tow your vehicle constantly for no reason. If you say anything to the office, they will say \_()_/ and basically tell you to screw yourself. They say their parking rules are strict but no, theyre really just predatory. Rent is already high enough here and you get the pleasure of paying another $175 to get your car back if youre unlucky enough. The elevators and stairwells constantly have dog (hopefully) pee and poop in them. The building is infested with roaches. Ask them to spray insecticide and they will ignore you. Leasing staff is rude and unprofessional. The gym is always dirty. Laundry is expensive and is $2.25 per load for both washing and drying. They somehow forget to mention that when they advertise it. The balconies are unstable with soft patches and wobbly guardrails. The elevators are constantly breaking down. There are 18 floors and if you live high up, you can expect to wait 30+ minutes just to get to your floor when there is only one working elevator. This happens 1 time a month MINIMUM. If they aren't broken, someone is moving in or out and it turns into the same problem. I will not be renewing my lease. I will keep updating this review with things I see so I can keep warning people.
