Walked in the door with an oversized package and pre-printed label. Was planning on purchasing packing tape to seal the box but one of the team members greeted me at the door, took the box, said they'd take care of sealing it and applying the label, then showed me how to print my receipt. I was in and out in 2 minutes tops and he was so kind! Customer service doesn't exist anymore, it was so nice to have such a pleasant experience.

Went in for help with printing Birthday invitations. They were extremely helpful (printed and cut the invitations) and very friendly! Great experience!!

Great service! The employees are so nice and helpful. They even hold the door open for you.
I needed to print a document on 11x17 paper and they helped me. I know I can always receive excellent service here.

Lady at the counter was less than pleasant and seemingly annoyed that I was there to actually ship something that I didn't have labels for already. Granted the boxes were heavy, but I thought shipping items was was what FedEx did....
I'll find another location that is willing to simply be professionally polite when I'm spending good money to ship cross country.
