We had the owner and the wife come out this Saturday. They operate on appointments only. It was really easy to setup an appointment with them. All you had to do was send them a photo of the part of your house that needed their attention and they respond back to you within a couple of hours. At first, I was a little concerned bc they stated they only use Electric PW's and I've only had experience with Gas one's. As you can see from the before and after photo's the outcome couldn't have been better and frankly, another company that's stated they've been around for 25yrs were charging me $100 more than they did. Yes. They used our water and electricity and I'm ok with that bc you would not save that much money with a Gas option. They also offered Gas options however, it would have costed $50 more and to be frank, I don't see the difference, can you? They did not use any chemicals, just my electricity and my water. Small price to pay for saving $100. They also offered a 6 month warranty which most company's don't because they're trying to build their customer base. They were upfront and transparent about everything. My shingles are clean and it's like night and day. We just move to our new house December 2019 and it was dirty; as you can see from the photos. They took care of my 1740Sq ft townhouse in less than 2 hrs. I'm having them go out to my parents house to do their wooden fence and decks. They gave me a discount and quoted me $250 for the whole house, stairs, sidewalk, front and back patio's and the fence. Similarly, other company's that contacted me on HA wanted to charge me $350 just to do the wooden fence. I've seen what they can do and I rather spend $250 vs. $350 when the outcome is the same. The one and only difference is that they care about their customer's and they're trying to build their customer base and that have me for life. I have already requested that they come back and do a touch up in 1 yr. They told us in writing that they would do our whole house for $200 because I'm a returning customer. Most company's now only care about making money and then never following up with you. These guys are for real and I will recommend them to anyone that needs Pressure Washing for their house.
