We stumbled upon Empire Plumbing & Rodding about 5 years ago when we had a plumbing emergency on a Saturday night and started going through an exhaustive google research plumber to find one that was available. They were available, they were affordable, and their service has been top-notch ever since. We have an older house with older house problems, but Aaron and his crews have kept us up and running on many occasions - they are our first and only call for all things plumbing!

Because of the positive reviews on Google, I contacted Empire Plumbing & Rodding LLC. I was not dissatisfied. The plumber was able to accommodate me despite his busy schedule. Some of the exhaust pipes in our furnace room in my condo were leaking. He quickly diagnosed the issue, but what I appreciated most about the experience was that he also assisted me in identifying some other issues in my furnace room. As a result, I was able to get my water tank and furnace fixed, which I had overlooked as being in need of attention. He genuinely cared about the outcome and was extremely helpful throughout the process. From now on, I'll be going to his company. Thank you very much!

On Jan, in the middle of the night, our cold water tap of our garden tub would not turn off. We ended up turning off the water to our house and waiting until 6:30 am to give Empire Plumbing & Rodding a call. Very understanding and sent out Nolan to help us within the hour! We also had guests staying so it was really important to have the water working again. I am so impressed by their service on such short notice as well as the price was reasonable since it was on a holiday. Empire Plumbing & Rodding has now gained a customer for life.

They came out the next day after I called and were so polite and so competent. They fixed one of the issues I called about-it was an easy fix-and gave me plenty of information about what needs to be done for the other more complex issues that I called about. They were great with my kids and my dog and reasonably priced.
