Theyre the worst. The system said the refill would be ready in 5 hours and when I went to pick it up 7 1/2 hours later, they hadnt even started on it. Told me their phone system is always wrong.

Some of the staff here are not pleasant nor helpful. They think they are doing you a favour but they should just do their jobs and be a bit more pleasant to people who are Ill and collecting medication

Refused to dispense or release prescription for rebound covid medication, prescribed by a physician because could not be run through insurance. In fact, all covid medications are despensed freely through the dept of health and they practice insurance runs in order to illegally secure copays. Giant (and everyone else) pay not a penny for covid meds and are bound to dispense cist free. Yet they charge copays and tefuse to dispense when confronted or not allowed to charge. Fr

Family just wasted 90 minutes trying to get COVID boosters despite having an appointment. Their pharmacy is legitimately worse to deal with than the TSA.
