Before putting my townhouse on the market, the house needed to look top notch and pristine. I am so happy with the work Ludwig Painting did; the house showed so well, it sold in one day and above asking price! From the first interaction to the very end, Josh, the owner, was a pleasure to work with. He was responsive, dependable and fair. He arrived, on time, to walk the home with me for an estimate the very next evening and provided me with a very reasonable quote the following day. Due to the quick turnaround needed, he was able to fit me in the next week. I was relieved to hear that he would be doing the work himself, since I had already moved out and I was not available to be on site at all times. While the work was being done, he was professional and clean. He also made sure to fix up any existing imperfections. The end result was beautiful (nicer than when I actually lived in the house) and done quickly, as promised. I will definitely be using their services again in the future!
