        Over-all Visionworks is "okay". However, I want to do a shoutout about the employee at this location, Lamont! Lamont is an awesome employee for Visionworks and provides excellent customer service. He is patient and looks out for the best interest of the customer, which seems to be difficult to find these days. There have been times I was in the office and things were very busy and hectic for Lamont, but he kept his cool and was very patient and professional. I would definitely give him five stars!!!!

        Both Brittany & Lamont at the Cockeysville location are incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable! Only giving 4 stars instead of 5 bc I havent actually received my glasses yet, due at the end of the month.
