Everything KD said is true except for getting all offers and negotiations in writing. I had a written and signed agreement that was broken on numerous occasions. They will break any agreement if it suits them. Jon Thomas accepted a company car for his wife and a $35,000 golf membership along with many other things even though we had a written agreement that all the principals were to make the same money. He even tried to hide a windfall profit from me. Our written and signed agreement stipulated that an owner’s departure was voluntary. They kicked me out threatening to break up the company.
